Expected to finish this program June 2012
Upper Montclair, New Jersey
I was fortunate enough to have a small group of colleagues within my school who invited me to take this crazy journey with them. One of the most difficult aspects for me in completing this program was the energy needed to balance both my personal life, my career, and keeping up with the assignments on a biweekly level. I could not have completed this program without the support of my colleagues who kept all our spirits high. This program has definitely made me a better aware teacher. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in expanding on their knowledge base about Assessment, Instruction & Curriculum.
Detroit, Michigan
Although I did not have the opportunity to partake in any extra curricula activities, MSU has shaped my educational philosophy as it stands today. The professors I personally had were the very best, who challenged me to new heights and forced me to overcome any self doubts I may have had. The memories of how University Hall’s break rooms became a second home during midterms and finals, and of course the parking situation will long live on for many years to come.

PHS was definitely a huge cultural change from UHS – the students acted differently, spoke differently, and dressed differently. Although it took me no time to get used to this new culture, academically I really had to work hard to maintain my grades. The building itself was much smaller then UHS, and everyone pretty much knew everyone. PHS provided me with all the tools needed to be successful in college, and ensured that the positive study habits I developed would continue to guide me to new heights after my graduation.
Parsippany, New Jersey
UHS has one of the longest hallways I could ever remember, getting to class was a huge challenge – especially If you had to cross one of its intersections. I pretty much kept a really low profile, worked hard, and hoped all this hard work would pay off. I could still remember sitting in my Geometry class on September 11, 2011, the door opening and someone running in to get my teacher. Someone in her close family circled worked at World Trade Center, but fortunately was late to work that day.
Burnet Middle School
I won the Computer Award during graduation, and it was really in Middle School that I had the most fun. I had a good group of friends who joked around in and out of class, also during this time period I joined my first baseball team.
Central Five
Still trying to find my ways, the only thing I remember is how Mr. Peters and his amazing energy and enthusiasm for teaching.
Franklin Middle School
I cannot say I remember a lot about Franklin Middle School, except for the fact that I was really good at kick ball and enjoyed the school fair. Times were very different back then.
