Ojas is a highly engaging teacher who develops lessons and activities that provide students with a hands on approach to learning. One of his greatest attributes is in his ability to provide students with activities that touch upon the multiple learning styles through the use of images, videos, and educational software. On a regular basis, he seeks input from students in order to create engaging lessons that address their learning needs. As a result, students take ownership of the learning, which leads to higher levels of success.

The technology websites that Ojas has shared with the ESL department immerse the students in language acquisition while providing them with a 21st century resource to improve their communication skills. The technology provides them with much needed visual and auditory support for the social and academic vocabulary and concepts they are taught throughout the subject areas. It gives them an engaging and educational opportunity to practice the language in a variety of way in their quest to become proficient in the English language.
